Having completed bachelor's and master's on Disaster Management from the University of Dhaka, currently I am a young professional at the Research Team of Aspire to Innovate (a2i) programme. a2i is jointly operated by UNDP, Cabinet Division and the ICT Division of Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Working here has exposed me to numerous work experience with direct involvement in both government and non-government work environment where I am actively developping and contributing my expertise in Policy Research. Research, coupled with my knowledge on Disaster Management, I intend to broaden my prowess in informed decision making with direct contribution to policy reform.The idea of growth to me is approaching new opportunities and I am always on the lookout for newer skills.
