In parallel with the Shop Manager position, I was responsable for coordinating a team of 5 managers, one from each region of the country. The project is important for the retail channel of Orange Romania aims to increase sales as Orange TV nationwide. Together with the 5 colleagues we managed to bring a contribution to the adoption of television service in Orange teams:- Hearings within teams - Timisioara, Bucharest, Galati, Constanta, Bihor, etc. that aim of credibility in TV service and share experience on the sales techniques;- Management of results at local / regional / national - target vs results obtained;- Programs High / Low performers;- Increase the technical-sales interaction;- Managing the modalities related to the sale of television service;- Support & Coaching sales teams and / or their managers in order to enhance results;

Orange Shop Sibiu is one of the major stores in the internal Oragen Shops network. In 2014 we were winners Customer Championship 2014 (the strongest internal competition based on results and achieving targets constant). The good results compared to targets received Orange Shop Sibiu is one of the most important stores in Romania. This is an ambitious accountability on short, medium and long on each segment at both individuals and business customers. Maturity, experience and constant this team encouraged me to get involved in projects at regional / national (Project Orange TV) Sellers and results of this shop are my card and equally environment most dynamic in which I was able to improve and become leader today.

Orange Shop Medias was my first experience as Orange Shop Manager.

I was able to make the transition from assisting customers by phone to interacting face to face with the customer. Everything from now, I learned how valuable is this kind of interaction both for the customer and for the company where I was working.

I liked the first interview in my career since the energy I found it here, ambition and drive that I felt.

Timp de 8 ani am practicat handbal de perofrmanta. Am inceput la Sebes- Alba, echipa cu care am reusit in ultimul an de colegiu sa castigam locul 4 la nivel national. Ulterior am jucat la echipa se seniori a orasului si apoi la Universitatea Cluj in prima divizie nationala. Am fost angajat al companiei Armatura in perioada in care am practicat handbal pentru Cluj.
