About Marcia A. Daniel

With many years in Higher Education administration I've developed a wealth of understanding of the inner workings of institutions, along with statewide, and federal networks. Admittedly, I am most successful when interpreting the political arena that exists within higher ed on a variety of levels. My strengths are in Workforce Development, Student Services, Strategic Planning, the landscape of IT, and growing institutions without spending a great deal of funding to do it. Working in the business of higher education provides a unique opportunity to share the knowledge earned and learned in a lifetime of higher education administration. Working with college leaders to discover the college’s next chapter, what is needed to achieve, if they have the tools to do so, and what problems they have to solve, gives me a wonderful interpretive advantage.
