Major engagements:● $20B consumer product distribution company: Stood up cyber security program that planned for/enabled ransomware attack and data center loss recovery capabilities. Program design involved multi-year $26 million coordinated project set taking hybrid approach using NIST cybersecurity framework. Client deliverable involved program scope, expense estimates, timeline development, and facilitation support via internal PMO review and corporate financial approval processes. ● $26B privately-held beverage distributor: Retained to deliver $40M, 34-project IT infrastructure program to implement/optimize National Support Model, replace legacy infrastructure, protect from cyber threats with IT security and networking platform, and leverage project synergies to provide visibility, inform leadership, and ensure program continuity.● $17B consumer goods company: Retained for blueprint development of organization’s enterprise data warehouse implementation. Efforts included identifying current/destination architectures, implementation roadmap, RFP development, and system integrator selection. Related client assignments included BI and MDM technology tools selection.
