My goal at LinkedIn was to create alignment between long-term shareholders and our business leaders, which enables the best possible understanding of our company’s mission, vision and strategy. These partnerships are essential when prepping for earnings, external events, and strategic meetings with top shareholders.Managing the earnings process is another primary responsibility, which includes everything from analyzing quarterly insights of our business leaders to managing vendors on the day of the call. In conjunction with owning the earnings process, I provide ongoing input for regulatory filings, manage all aspects of our investor website, and help source the right third party vendors for the company.
