Responsibilities:- As co-shift in charge, preparing daily power generation report and fuel stock reports.- Measuring & analyzing Plant outage and Consumptions like lube oil, fuel, water etc. - Monitoring Plant Factor, Plant availability and improving accordingly.- Planning for schedule maintenance and works like TC washing, filter changing, leak fuel test, etc. during plant operation.- Analyzing plant operating trends and recommend corrective measures. - Ensuring safe plant operation and meeting the daily power demand.- Trouble-shooting of all Mechanical & Electrical systems of the plant auxiliaries.- Recording all real time operating data by maintaining standard documentation.- House-keeping & Watch-keeping - Shift handover with proper information and instruction.Mechanical & Electrical systems & auxiliaries in brief: -- Bergen B32:40V - Rolls Royce diesel engines (16 units of 7.195 MW each)- AVK alternators of 6.984 MW- Alfa Laval Purifiers (S986 and S926)- Auxiliary Boiler (06 tons, fire tube)- 04 units EGB (each of 02 tons, fire tube)- Black Start (Diesel generator of 450KVA)- 02 nos.132kV Power transformers (Step-up) and 02 nos. Responsibilities: Operation & Maintenance of- MAN B&W 9L58/64 diesel engine (04 units of 12.5 MW and 02 units of 11.9 MW rated capacity) with Siemen’s alternator respectively. - Hangzhou Steam Turbines (02 units of 1.5 MW & 3.0 MW rated capacity). - Alfa Laval Fuel oil purifiers and Lube oil clarifiers (FOPX 610 & 613 and LOPX 713). - Auxiliary Boiler (02 tons, fire tube) and EGB (04 tons, water tube), 11/132 kV substation- 132kV Substation with 02 nos. Power transformer and 02 nos. auxiliary transformer- House keeping and watch keeping.
