Marcelo Daride Gaspar has a degree in computer science since 2000 at Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), a master’s degree in computer science at same university since 2003 and a specialist’s degree in artificial intelligence at University of Pernambuco (UPE) since 2021. He is interested on software development in general. He has experience in software engineering, microservices, AWS cloud, firmware development, development of communication protocols and penetration testing. He works as a Senior Systems Analyst at FITec on a project for a large global computer manufacturer developing a Customer Service Management (CSM) system. This system is based on microservices, uses Clean Architecture concepts and is implemented in Python, Java8 and NodeJS languages. He has been working on this project since January 2022.Before this project and still at FITec, he worked on a project for a large mobile phone industry developing a Business Support System (BSS). The backend of this system was developed in Java8 language. At Synergia he worked as a software architect, where he developed e-government applications using Java8 and React technologies. He worked on a performance testing project, achieving greatly improved performance on the customer's system.At FITec he also provided services for Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in the Electrical and Electronic Experimentation department. In this project, he was responsible for improving processes in internal subareas, improving the process of assembling vehicle test benches and addressing vehicle cybersecurity.Still at FITec he has been responsible for designing and implementation of an application for a large global medical equipment industry. This application has been intended to perform automatic tests of Assembled Printed Circuit Boards through interpretation of test scripts and commands of measurement equipments. That test script language has been developed by himself. He has worked as a cybersecurity analyst in Smart Grid applications and electrical power substation systems for three years at FITec. In this work the results achieved the objectives and achieved customer satisfaction. At FITec he is asked to create solutions in projects where specifications are not well defined, as such specifications are part of the solution. In addition to FITec, he worked as a systems analyst at Accenture, ATAN, Unisys and Synergia.
