Leading and managing Value-Added-Service (VAS) & Charging network modernization, new product deployment and capacity expansion of existing services as per strategic/ business-as-usual requirement by maintaining standard project management guideline that ensures quality, timely delivery, risk management, documentation and ultimately enhances the customer satisfaction targeted according to the business plan.Key Accountability:1. Leading new VAS projects for all sort of new and complex solution and deliver as per strategic or regular business requirement to enhance revenue growth from new source.2. Leading Charging product deployment project to support adequate recharge/ refill capacity and enhance revenue growth through congestion-free network.3. Contribute RFQ scoping and vendor assessment for right resourcing and efficient vendor selection.4. Continuously monitor and improve Business-process for the job to be delivered in more effective and efficient way.5. Ensure Customer problem management (based complain ticket ) as per SLA to protect degradation of customer experience 6. Ensure documentation and project governance practice for flawless Audit of VAS & Charging projects7. Ensure the practice of QHSSE is followed by team-members and equipment-vendor by establishing regular audit process.8. Ensure appropriate levels of communication and alignment among various stakeholders (internal and external), resolve project related conflict including project progress dashboard for steering committee on regular basis. 9. Team development, both leadership and functional and motivate them to comply with management direction, company policy while delivering their expectation.

Job Summery:Draw up strategic goals and action plans by managing and providing technical guidelines, processes and expertise support to Zonal Offices to ensure Network performance, quality, coverage, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency as per Business Plan target.Key Accountabilities:1. Define Region’s work strategies based on Company‘s main goals and priorities. Prepare and monitor OPEX Budget of Regional Office to ensure its proper utilization along with profitability of the company2. Manage all Operation and Maintenance activities and customer complain solutions of Regional Office within the SLA and agreed budget.3. Ensure proper and periodic preventive maintenance of all Core, Radio, Transmission, Power system, Air Conditioners, Generators, Tower & infrastructures and house-keeping activities of infrastructures and sites.4. Manage proper User Acceptance Test (UAT) of all new commissioned and re-parented equipment, infrastructure, power system and services ensuring Quality Assurance.5. Fault escalation & follow up (Trouble Ticket) with the relevant parties in the Regions, System Support Group, Vendors & NOC. Track and monitor the performance of Region, based on the agreed set of KPI to meet the customers’ expectations.6. Co-ordinate all the Regional Technology activities within the region that include the project roll out, PAT, re-parenting, operation & maintenance, Quality Assurance, site rental payment, site utility bill payment, site co-location & Infra-sharing, Spare Parts Management, calibration of tools & test gears etc.7. Ensure that accessibility, operability, quality, reliability & integrity of the Network are continuously improved to meet customers’ satisfaction in the Region and monitor the performance.8. Delegate works to the team with adequate & proper training, skills & learning process and ensure their well beings in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment
