Find out the Root Cause of the incident. Work closely with the various section managers and find out the precautionary measures for further improvement.- Create presentation slides and share them during the incident review meeting with the yard manager's office.- Make full report of incidents for clients.- Proper filing of investigation documents with labeling in all incident files- Create incident summary reports - Upon completion of the incident investigation, attend the incident review meeting with the Yard Manager's office and create the Disciplinary Action Matrix (DAM) (if required) after the meeting.- Compile all reports and documents and submit them to the Human Resources Department if any disciplinary action is required.- Do incident analysis.- Assist for iReports- Work closely with the Seatrium management to prevent the workplace from being infected by COVID-19.- Improve HSE performance continuously to ensure a safe, healthy work environment for all staffs at Seatrium Shipyard and stakeholders.- Do a summary report for all COVID-19 cases and document accordingly.- Advise Section/Management for any improvement required.- Attend the monthly safety committee meeting as a facilitator and share incident statistics and lessons learned with all members in the meeting.- Advise members on the improvement of the safety culture towards zero incidents in the yard.- Well known on MS Office works (skilled on Excel, Power Point, and Word), PDF Management, any computer hardware, and software.
