OSCH wants to encourage this further by opening up museums as spaces where they can explore their identity and cultural heritage in a supportive environment, and where they have agency to make their voices heard.OSCH wants more young people to benefit from museums-related work. By encouraging organisations within the sector to work together, we are able to provide better training and work opportunities for young people.Supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the programme is co-developed and delivered by the British Council, Glasgow Museums and Manchester Museum, with support from UK Youth. OSCH also works alongside partners in Rajshahi, Bangladesh; Bengaluru, India; and Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan facilitating international collaborations.
