• Play HR business partner role to align retail business objectives with employees & management.• Manpower planning, sourcing, conduct recruitment & selection process of all level employees.• Conduct orientation session, induction & others basic training of new joiner.• Jointly prepare year calendar of employee engagement program and execution of it.• Jointly planning & taking initiatives for values, skill up gradation, counseling & motivation, knowledge sharing session, etc.• Planning, developing & implementing various tools and techniques to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.• Handling grievance and disciplinary issues.• Follow-up the reviewing, updating of Human Resource Management System.• Follow up attendance, payroll & leave management.• Handling all separation work i.e.: conduct exit interview, clearance work, final settlement, etc.• Ensuring basic HR compliance issues & follow up daily activities of HR Support Executive.• Demonstrates openness to change & maintain strong interpersonal communication with the employees & ability to manage complexities with a better solution.

• Assisted HR Head to execution of day-to-day HR & Admin functions.• Conduct recruitment & selection process at all level and in orientation session.• Review, update and maintain personal file & interview file.• Follow up monthly attendance, absenteeism, payroll & leave management.• Make sure the performance appraisal, reward, compensation & benefits management timely.• Disciplinary issues and grievance handling, issuance different types of disciplinary letter.• Make sure all steps of separation process of employee are follows accordingly i.e. (exit interview, handover takeover formalities, clearance certificate, attendance, leave status, etc.)• Contact with different govt. and non-govt. offices for various purposes.
