As part of the Legal and specifically Integrity Group, I oversee the enterprise Integrity Helpline for our global workforce of about 28,000 employees. We strive to promote a strong speak-up culture that empowers employees to ensure we are doing business the right way every day. My role is to review, triage and support the investigation process for primarily North America. This includes concerns that are brought forward that do not align with our Code of Conduct. I also deliver on our key analytics to interpret and present on Helpline data and trends.
