I am a dynamic and detail-oriented data science professional with 9 years of proven experience in building data driven solutions for businesses through data analytics, customer analytics, strategy building, predictive modeling, demand forecasting and end-to-end process automation.In 2020, I had delivered a fully automated sales forecasting and demand sensing ML model for a global FMCG client with 78% accuracy. In 2021, I was part of the Customer Decision Science team for one of the top Fortune 5 companies where we analyzed customer behaviour across different retailers and built strategy that would drive the next level of growth. In the year 2022, I had worked on a data engineering solution that involved ingesting data from different sources to a deltalake and built a robust customer data platform (CDP). It is being used in various capacities across business for reporting and analytical purposes. One of the main areas is driving the loyalty program with data backed strategies and decisions. Currently, I am focusing on enriching the CDP platform and buidling a data product from it for brands.
