Working in agile project teams out of SAAB Kockums satellite office at Combitech in Trollhättan developing the next generation conventional submarine for the Swedish Navy. The project is one of Swedens largest industrial projects at the moment. During my five years as a consultant at Kockums I performed work as mechanical design engineer within outfitting and arrangement designing everything from pipeline arrangements to welded structures as well as positioning individual components to form larger room arrangements. I also act as coordinator within my team to help other engineers navigate methods and organisational challenges.I also held the position as group leader for 3,5years in a team of eight which involved managing room arrangements, responsibility for planning and keeping track of goals as well as organising tasks and reporting to project management. Moreover, my previous responsibilities included managing CAD skeletons for the sections in which I managed. All work is done in PTC Creo with Windchill as PDM system. Combitech Talent Programme, or CTP, is a two-year experience, leadership and business skills acceleration programme for young talents at Combitech. The class consisted of five young engineers from Combitech West (Gothenburg and Trollhättan) and was concluded with an examination in cooperation with KTH Royal Institute of Technology. The programme equaled 15 ETCS.

The project focused on body development and how to attatch the design surfaces to the chassi for PWR Racings new SEAT STCC. My main responsibility was to design manufacturable surfaces for the designated choice of material - glass fiber laminate and later on carbon fiber laminate.

Combitech was complete design responsible for developing a new type of sub-sea release hook for Kongsberg Maritime which enabled remote control of the hook at great ocean depths. My work was done using CATIA V5.
