Supported multiple medical analytical device manufacturing sites and distribution centers in Florida, Kentucky, Colorado, and Puerto Rico, consisting of approximately 1MM square feet. Accomplishments:• Converted the computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) from MAXIMO to AMMS.• Managed all Facility aspects of closing a manufacturing site in PA and consolidating it within existing manufacturing spaces in FL.• Lowered maintenance cost by re-focusing on appropriate work and charging back non-core work to departments. • Improved on-time-delivery performance of completing PMs from 70% to 95%. • Worked with the Legal and Procurement Departments to negotiate new contracts for Security services, Elevator Maintenance, and Pest Control services that reduced operational cost by more than 10%. • Received among the “best of the best” scores in Employee Engagement

Led nearly 150 direct, indirect, and contractor employees in providing end-to-end services for facility maintenance, asset management, maintenance projects, metrology, and inventory control for a 1.2 MM SF bio-tech company’s headquarters site. Accomplishments:• Strengthened service delivery quality and capability by forming strategic alliance with preferred vendors as well as crafting and implementing a supplier management agreement.• Reduced litigation exposure by instituting master service agreements and statements of work to govern work performed by third party suppliers.• Improved intra-departmental relationships by developing an internal service level agreement to define mutual performance expectations.• Drove maintenance work-order management to world class standards by achieving greater than 95% of target.• Introduced Reliability Centered Maintenance program to reduce equipment downtime and to begin transitioning to conditioned based preventive maintenance.

Planned and managed all assigned global projects in the North America region, and was held accountable for delivering an outcome which met all of the defined project objectives for cost, schedule, quality (fit for purpose), safety, and achieving the desired business benefits. Projects involved the decommissioning of an oral suspension manufacturing facility, replacement of a clinical trial manufacturing facility, and construction of a new regional distribution center.Accomplishments:• Saved $1M in estimated decontamination costs by reducing the overall schedule to decommission a 40-acre penicillin manufacturing facility.• Ensured project requirements and provided excellent customer service in developing a successful design basis that replaced $70M a clinical trials sterile manufacturing facility. Formed a cross functional team of key stakeholders, identified and procured a recognized industry expert, and communicated and confirmed alignment with senior R&D leadership.• Enhanced decision-making of senior consumer health executives by championing the development of the funding documents to build a new $40M consumer health regional distribution center, utilizing internal and external resources.
