- Currently I am working in a company which deals in AI and Machine Learning kinds of projects. My profile is completing the assigned tasks and meeting daily targets. Update the Task tracker report properly every day. Need to follow the client's instructions and updates. Worked on Data Annotation 2d & 3d both, Mapping & Labelling of 3d street, LiDar Annotation projects. Meeting the Quality Target. Escalate the edge case/issue with the respective supervisor. Maintain the shift timings and log-in hours on a daily basis. Follow the escalation matrix. Follow the company policies.- I have experience in customer service profile dealing with different customers bills. Here I come to manage a very busy market environment. Different customers has different products & their enquiry about them. And manage day to day stock and inventory & create data of stocks for month end valuation as well as annual valuation.- I also have experience in a Merchant navy Training Institute role where I was required to handle calls of the Engineers, Masters enquiring about courses. I dealt with new seafarers on a daily basis. This role taught me how to handle a busy and dynamic environment. I learnt to adapt to deal people of different fields.
