CurrentLeadership & Coaching:Lead and coach teams in Technical and QA for Apparel, Home textile and Hardgoods. Align team KPIs to drive performance, conduct individual appraisals, and compare objectives with results. Cultivate a quality-centric culture among internal teams and suppliers. Organize team meetings to strategize, gather input for efficiency, and apply the STAR method for problem-solving.• Supplier Management & Quality Assurance:Implement a supplier management program aligned with the Quality Management System and customer needs. Educate suppliers on LF and customer expectations, identifying high-risk suppliers, communicating necessary improvements, and monitoring progress. Oversee all quality processes from sample development to bulk production, ensuring compliance with buyer standards and safety regulations. • Process & System Improvement:Maintain and improve the quality system, TQM programs, and initiatives. Ensure company quality processes adhere to safety regulations and legal standards. Analyze the effectiveness of changes and take corrective actions using statistical methods. • Product Development & Sampling:Study tech packs/PDM/PLM from merchandisers to coordinate sample development. Oversee sample stages (Proto, Development, Fit, Size Set, CA, ORS, PP) to meet customer and technical requirements. Document RA and PP meetings, collect style files, and prioritize customer needs. • Training & Compliance:Conduct training on AQL, CAP, PS, Fit, and QMS for internal QA teams and GPQ/certified inspectors. Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards. • Communication & Reporting:Maintain daily communication with stakeholders, including German, HK, and ICO teams, as well as factories. Regularly interact with the technical team, QA, production, MR, and third-party partners. Prepare and publish BD KPI reports for ICO, HK, and German teams. Follow up daily with factories to verify product quality, safety, and documentation.
