Core Functions:• To analyze the financial statements, security details, personal behavior & creditworthiness of clients and persons behind the business. • To collect & check of CIB information and other third party valuation report of the property, Contact Point Verification, Monthly Stock Report from the client.• To have sound knowledge about Financial Statement Analysis, CRG, ICRRS, DBR, NI Act-1881 & Artha Rin Ain-2003, Right Borrower Selection, Project Financing Evaluation, etc. • To prepare project appraisal reports, financial models, risk grading models, agenda papers, memos, and presentations for CRM/CC/Board meetings and finalize loan documentation and also execution of loan related works in the Core Banking Software.• To prepare Sanction letter, Reschedule/Restructure Memo, Documentation and disbursement & closure notes. • To visit & prepare of potential as well as existing clients report and other reports as management requires. • To prepare and upload Branch ISSB report of Bangladesh Bank. • To assist in fund arrangements deals through preparation of IM and financial model as well as meeting with potential borrowers/lenders for closing deals.• To monitor classified loan(s) periodically; formulate and implement action plan/recovery strategy, perform recovery activities of stuck up NPLs according to the guideline of competent authority of the Bank.
