Daily and Monthly Recons of payments and adjustments for companies and individuals paying health insurance premiums. Work with external and internal clients to set up electronic data feeds for enrollment into health insurance plans.Work with internal clients to test and suggest modifications to internal systems to make systems more efficient, meet regulatory requirements and fix any issues that arise with enrollment and payment systems. Testing these systems to ensure fixes applied are working as expected. Audit payment adjustment entries into financial systems posted by co-workers to ensure accuracy.

Manage Accounts Receivable for Individual Policies• Duties as outlined in IBS below• Audit accounts for Write Offs, Refunds and DBIs. Submit documentation of Audits to EBAs for review and processing• Testing of Facets Upgrades including regression testing to confirm processes are still working as well as testing implementation of new processes• Documentation of processes: both writing new documentation for new processes and reviewing and updating existing processes. Reviewing processes for updates for Team Trainer• Submitting ServiceNow tickets to document and correct errors in current software as well as suggest enhancements to make processes more efficient.• Working with members of IT team directly to enhance current processes or develop new ones to make the team more efficient.
