Equity and innovation lead for Cracker Barrel Cheese, managing full brand relaunch and redesign accompanied by multiplatform innovation launch in 2019

I worked in Target's Financial & Retail Services (FRS) division, which owns the company's financial products (Target Debit Card, Target Card, Target Visa, Target GiftCards, etc.). I worked as the FRS Finance workstream lead, coordinating FRS's development of its financial infrastructure for Target's first international expansion into Canada. In addition to leading the Canada Finance efforts, I oversaw team members responsible for special projects and critical daily balancing on Target's domestic credit/debit portfolios.

I worked on the Finance Assurance team and dedicated the bulk of my work to leading and staffing on SOX audits ranging from Inventory-related processes to Financial Statement Close. The remainder consisted of consultations with various business groups throughout Target's Finance organization and captaining Finance Assurance's computer auditing (CAAT) efforts. Promoted from Process Anayst in March 2011.

I performed financial statement and internal control audits on companies ranging in size from large public utilities to midsize agricultural distributors. I led large benefit plan audits while supervising work of junior staff. Promoted from Audit Assistant in August 2008.
