Customer Applications Engineer
As a software engineer, Mike specialized in workflow automation within HPC environments. Here, he acted as a technical lead and project manager for products aimed at managing and automating V&V and UQ workflows. His experience includes designing and developing backend infrastructure for web server applications in support of CFD data management and post-processing.On several projects, Mike has designed and maintained PostgreSQL and SQLite databases that were integral to application functionalityOther responsibilities included testing and QA for product releases.On the customer facing side, Mike executed pre- / post-sales training for prospects and customers who needed software exposure and product-ready solutions. He has also supervised and been a member of a customer support team whose focus was providing customers with a high quality support experience. In addition, Mike worked with customers to license, install and use FieldView.
