We license fastener intellectual property developed by ourselves or other companies to licensees around the world in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. To bring higher focus to the business, convinced board to separate department forming new company. Rebranded business to CAMCAR INNOVATIONS after spin-off. Following a marketing plan to promote the business and its products starting with the launch of a new website and including plans for ongoing on-line content creation, technical presentations at trade shows, and content in trade journals. Implemented a sophisticated brand protection system. In less than three years, we have reversed the flat revenue trend and grown 25%, improved service levels >50%, introduced new digital services with more in development, changed from a passive to active new business development model resulting in new contracts and unique new opportunities, re-negotiated key contracts, introduced multiple new products and created a pipeline of future products, all while managing several key employee retirements. Actively increased projects with new business partners and initiated research with overseas university. Upgraded our intellectual property management and legal department and replaced outside counsel with new firm resulting in lower costs and improved patent quality. We plan to be the biggest licensing business in our industry doubling sales with a flurry of new products that offer the broadest solution set to our licensing partners.
