these two months of internship, I have worked with different agendas such as:Driving two Categories such as Choco bakes and Premium Count Line and need to increase its EBD compared with the previous month's EBD.To increase the Unique Line Billed compared with the previous month.To add new RLAs, especially chemist RLAs.To concentrate on Mother Products and also needs to increase its EBD compared with itsprevious month's EBD.To follow all the merchandising aspects in every possible outlet.To explain new schemes to every outlet and to drive those respective products.To drive NPD(New Product Development) and Big hit products on the respective month.The above agendas were conveyed by Mondelez ASO . These agendas were carried along with PC for a better understanding of the market at ground level. I worked with two distributors they are1. YM Enterprises2.Sudarshan EnterprisesJamshedpur My territories were Kadma, Sonari, Sankosai road, Moon City, Baridhi, Mango and Bistupur. I worked in these places during my two month internship programs. Every day I visit the market with PC in his assigned beat of that day. Every PC is assigned 6 different beats or a Market for a week. And they need to visit each beat each day. And PC has to visit Every outlet in that respective beat. I visit the market along with PC and carry out my instructed Agendas in the market plus PC duties.
