Responsible for drafting and negotiating transactional collaborative research agreements between intramural (NIH) and extramural (non-NIH) partners that facilitate the intake and/or export of tangible and non-tangible intellectual property. Assist with conception and development of policies and strategies that promote improved interoffice functionality and the providing of technology transfer services OTTAD within NHLBI and five other NIH institutes.
