TMG Health was contracted by BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota to implement a new government claims processing solution. In my role with this program, experience included:- Providing review and analysis of project schedules on a weekly basis- Maintaining program documentation, including production change requests, requirements documentation, status updates, and other key program information- Providing written and verbal requirements status updates to executive program leadership in weekly steering committee meetings- Documenting and tracking testing defects across vendor and client systems, working with test leads, project managers, and program leadership - Coordination of meeting schedules and project calendars between client network environments, working in Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook

I have served in a project coordination role for projects of various sizes for a range of client environments, from small/home office settings to larger enterprise settings.
