Charged with improving an under performing region for an esteemed organization, I spearheaded major change in franchise management that exceeded expectations in growth and expansion. Later on, during an economic downturn and government shifts in funding, I led school district sales and operations in a highly-matrixed non profit organization. Implementing cutting edge sustainability and growth initiatives led to doubling enrollment in just three years. Most recently, I have been responsible for the infrastructure (IT, HR, Risk and Facilities Management) for a $65M multi services organization in LA.My past work in this area gained national media attention. I also spearheaded renowned educational conferences that attracted delegates and keynote speakers from around the world - largest conference 1000 participants.My passion lies in inspiring others to bring ideas to fruition. As a coach, mentor, and a partner, I thrive on making a difference.
