CurrentI do more stuff than I once did. Relo stuff!Oh the hats I wear….I have a small haberdashery in the bottom drawer in my office. First and foremost I am passionate about and responsible for amazing customer relationships. Some of the best people I have ever met are in Human Resources, and I am grateful for my working relationships with our clients. I am responsible for educating our clients about relocation trends and practices and ensuring that the policies and services put in place are custom fit to suit their needs. For our clients I am the bridge to the larger All Points organization, making sure that our operations have a solid understanding of their corporate cultures and needs. I am responsible for the Marketing and Business Development direction of the company, including shared responsibilities for the direction of our technology goals. I have expertise in all relocation practices including domestic, cross-border, American style programs, and global relocation and assignment management.My partner, Audrey Adams and I purchased the company from the previous shareholders in 2004, and we have overseen the growth of company from its 5 employees in 2000 to now almost 100 at the time of this writing.There is so much more to say (including my spearheading All Points’ Ice Cream Fridays movement), but I think that is enough for now.
