Responsibility to lead and define Category and Commodity Strategies for Component Business in India1. Driving Risk Mitigation Strategies to secure the supply chain and ensure 100% Supply Continuity2. Responsible for driving sourcing strategies and cost reduction strategies while managing Suppliers3. Contract and Price Negotiation for new and ongoing projects to bring additional savings 4. Managing Stakeholder Engagement throughout the development phase keeping business goals in mind5. Executed Multiple Risk Mitigation projects across BU's as per the timeline6. Renegotiated pricing terms and supply chain setup for US-based suppliers

• Leading cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and adherence to timelines for deliverables on-time• RFQ preparation and product costing• Finalize the schedule for the program and ensure Critical Path management of the program throughout till Contract Closure• Identify program risks and plan mitigation actions in consultation with CFT• Monitor and review the financial parameters of the program and work with the cross-functional team to ensure control of the costs and adherence to the Annual Operating

• Review and negotiate vendor contracts and agreements, and other terms and conditions to increased supply chain flexibility • Thorough understanding and preparation of Vendor agreement, Material Cost Estimation as input to Product Cost Estimation• Knowledge of Quality-Cost-Delivery indices towards Vendor Categorization• Liaising with Design, Production, Quality department and providing solutions to supplier problems and escalations• Material Planning and scheduling based on demand trends and forecasting• Work with a large amount of data and having business context to derive meaningful insights from the analysis of the data

1. Working with Logistics Manager to formulate an efficient and reliable Supply chain Network for the upcoming warehouses of the company while optimizing capital vs lead time considerations.2. Devising ways to reduce cost and increase the efficiencies of the Warehouses and depos.3. Probing and Analyzing the possibility of utilising the 3PL companies instead of existing carriers for Logistics and transportation.
