Before launching his first company, Mark provided cutting edge technology and software services to large, complex businesses such as UMB Bank, Commerce Bank and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Much of Mark's entrepreneurial success is a result of his ability to drive improvements in service related business models through the use of technology and system improvement processes while developing positive relationships with customers and clients.
