I am responsible for managing the financial activities of the bank and financial reporting. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, budget forecasting, strategic planning, capital planning and raising, cost analysis and investor relations. Based on my knowledge of policies and procedures, accounting and banking rules and regulations, and experience, I recommend and administer systems (including core data processing, online and mobile banking systems and loan origination systems) which promote the bank’s growth and viability. I am also responsible for information technology, secondary, tax matters and investor relations.
