The ClinTec Senior ClinOps and Training Manager is responsible for clinical project and training activities from an operational and back office perspective.To provide expert advice, guidance, training and general supervision to the ClinTec Clinical Operations team activities for designated projects and to monitor specific sites to ensure quality and integrity of data, compliance with relevant SOP’s and regulatory requirements and study completion on time and within budget. Identify and assess future and current training needs; deploy a wide variety of training methods; monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success periodically; maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

ClinTec’s Back Office regional manager Benelux has over 25 years of experience in clinical research and has been with ClinTec since 2006. During this time, she has been responsible for building and developing the team in the Benelux region, in addition to taking the clinical monitoring lead in a global infertility study involving 12 countries over 3 continents – Australia, South America and Europe. For 1,5 years ( jan 2011-jul 2012) the role of Regional Director for Western and Northern Europe was conducted, in order to be of help for the development of the area and act as a communciation chanel between the local and the senior level within ClinTec.Trained as a medical microbiology analyst, she moved into clinical research as a Medical Representative and has since been involved in Phase II-IV trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including Anaesthesia, Pain Management, Cardiovascular disease, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Oncology and Rheumatology.Working as enrollment specialist for our CSSi department.
