Responsible for customer complaints follow up, inspection processes implementation, validation and new product introduction, receipt of raw materials and complaints to suppliers as well as the documentation of two improvement projects per year

Responsible for main quality reports, purchase order for quality department, SCAR to suppliers and support to 5 different quality engineers in process, as well as two improvement projects per year
