Led company-wide IT operations including contract management, vendor relationship management,, spend management, risk identification and mitigation. Spearheaded IT outsourcing initiative reducing the complexity and increasing the overall stability of the IT environment.

Responsible for numerous business process redesigns. Analysis of existing processes and determination of improvements either through automation, complete redesign, or both. Primary focus was on inventory management and logistics.

Responsible for enhancements to the SAP ERP 6.0 system focusing primarily on financial transactions and reporting. Tasks included regular review of the financial statements, root cause analysis on areas which needed improved granularity, and corresponding system/process enhancements to address the gap.

Responsible for the inventory and manufacturing sections of Pioneer’s financial statements. This included regular review and explanation of production variance, material cost, overhead, inventory change, etc… Also served as the company-wide report developer for Pioneer and finance/controlling lead during their US SAP ERP implementation.

Responsible for analysis of production activity and accurate product cost. Worked with corresponding departments (engineering, purchasing, planning, etc…) to ensure that all costs related to production of the product were appropriately captured. Regularly performed analysis and developed reporting to assist in cost analysis and cost reductions.
