The project involves the construction of a high-end 10-storied residential building which designed to provide luxurious & comfortable living accommodations for famous industrialist of Bangladesh Mr. SAK Ekramuzzamm & his family members.As The Project Lead, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing & managing the entire project management activities including coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and adheres to the specified timeline and quality standards. I started the project’s primary initiation with preparing Wish List & Scope Statement. We developed WBS & Project Schedule according to the scopes identified. I developed the project charter, fund management plan, procurement management plan & other formalities. I had close collaboration with design consultants during finalization of the building plans. I facilitated the submission and acquisition of all necessary permits from RAJUK & other authorities. I implemented the resource management plan & onboarded team & organized brainstorming session to motivate the expertise of cross functional team from I shape to T shape. We follow the conflict management strategies to handle disagreements among cross functional teams & other stakeholders. I implemented cost management plan and motivated the team to practise cost optimization without any compromise in quality. I implemented a communication management plan to maintain effective communication between team, & stakeholders. I am ensuring all work updates, events & issues are documented in a formal way throughout the project time. Zaman’s Corner - The high-end 10-storied residential building project is on track with my leadership, with a clear milestones & timeline. Leading The Zaman’s Corner project has been a significant and rewarding experience for me. It will lead my project management expertise and leadership skills to the next level, I believe.
