CurrentMarch 2002 – Present I am currently employed United Hardware as store developer Responsible for the followingThe management and Design of both new and existing sites nationwide.Store Design using AutoCAD D2 & Revit 3D, with the gold to Influence the customers flow & behaviour while improving the customers experience & maximizing profitability. Responsible for all aspects of store development for the Homevalue brand.Dealing with external contractors (Architects, trade men, signage companies & I.T) in relation to works being carried out for fit-out/building works.Negotiating opening offers & deals for new stores.Project Management using Microsoft Project Software.Budget costings and management of various projects.Producing Project plan including risk analysis and contingency plans and project method statements.Weekly reporting of project updates to project sponsors. Working with a large team including liaising in-store with suppliers & Merchandising teams.Managed pop-up stores. Setup trade shows. Adapted to the change in business I took on the role of sales representative for the company in 2008-2010
