The National Youth Council of Luxembourg (CGJL - de Jugendrot) is the umbrella organisation of youth organisations in Luxembourg. It has more than 30 member organisations (political parties, student unions, scout movements, labour unions, youth associations...), which are active in a great variety of different areas in the youth sector. The CGJL - de Jugendrot is a privileged discussion partner towards the government and other official actors in decision-making and can as such do active lobbying for the opinions and interests of the Luxembourgish and European youth.
