TECHNICAL SCOPEProduction management:- Ensure that the instructions are communicated and applied.- Constantly optimize the operation of the unit staking in to account the constraints.- Manages emergencies and prioritizes them.- Knows how to adjust the operating parameters on the different units ,according to the analytical results.- Contributes to the progress and development of the units for which he is responsible.- Writes reports and daily balance sheet.Work management:- Establish process to diagnose failures and issues maintenance requests. - Authorizes the works, in coordination with the Maintenance Coordinator C11/OSBL.- Is responsible for preparation of equipment and ensures the reception afterworks.- Authorizes special permits in coordination with the HSE Department.- Turnaround coordinator for 2024 with no reportable loss time injury.MANAGEMENT:- Manages operators in the short-term.- Motivates and communicates with his operators- Participates in the training process (validation, module update, tutor, etc.).- Conducts Annual Performance Reviews of the operators.HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS:- Guarantees the application of the rules concerning Health, Safety, Environment, Quality for the department.- Implements HSEQ corrective actions planned in his sectors.- Reports all dysfunctional incidents.- Participates in HSEQ activities in his/her department (security contacts, teammeeting, planned inspection).- Ensures, in coherence with the other departments, the HSEQ control of thesubcontractors while present in his sectors.- Takes properly into account all types of accidental events.- Provides first aid to the injured.- Head of intervention in the event of a disaster. Calls, if necessary, for outside help.- Supervises the intervention team (auxiliary firefighters, volunteer firefighters).
