- Did blowdown study and sized RO of a hydrocarbon service and performed dynamic simulation for seeing velocity profile and pressure profile during depressurization to understand vibration getting introduced due to momentum exceeding it's recommended value.- Designed dynamic model for PSV pop-up to see temperature gradient and whether it passes MDMT. It is to be used as an input for stress analysis.- Designed advanced refrigeration system and troubleshooted air cooler issues. Saved $780k combining utilities requirements and add-on compressor cost.- Optimized chemical Injection system for FPSO and subsea systems by figuring periods of over and under injection. Proposed solutions which maintain reliability of the system by injecting at correct rate and saved $1M/year.- Improved safety of FPSO and TLP by closing ~200 LTIs. Gained experience in markups, risk screening, work packs and preservation plan creation, SAP tools to update tags and PM, etc.- Led the development of "Smart Monitoring tool" for handling MOCs and LTIs which improved employees productivity by 14%.- Brought more interfaces to the organization by developing global Integrated MOC workflow. It rolled out to all upstream BU and improved KPIs. Awared with reward and recognitions for this effort.- Developed system value of Oil, Gas, Water, and Subsea systems for FPSO facilities which has helped in AMP and Integrated surveillance.- Designed heat exchangers and developed statistical models to predict fouling. - Created Hysys simulation model for the offshore facilities. Sized RO, Control valves, PSV in effort of bypassing the separator.- Critical alarm study of the entire gas plant. Alarm rationalization, Alarm management, Event tree.
