As an aspiring Electronics & Communication engineer with a Bachelor's degree from Ballari Institute of Technology & Management, I have a passion for Analog layout design/Physical verification and custom IC layout/MASK design (Analog/Digital) of sub-modules/blocks, and physical verification (DRC/LVS).With hands-on experience in bulk/planar CMOS process and familiarity with FINFET process, I have worked with technology nodes such as 40nm, 45nm, and 180nm (Charted Semiconductor/GPDK) while also mastering skills in Basic gates, Combinational, Sequential Logic, and Analog layouts. I have worked on layouts of current mirrors/Differential pairs using matching techniques like interdigitation and common-centroidI am skilled in Circuit description language, CMOS circuit/Schematic design, Circuit simulation programs, and tools such as Pre-layout Simulation, ADE Cadence, Verilog HDL Xilinx ISE Design Suite. I am also skilled in Physical design/verification and tools such as Custom layout design, Schematic Driven Layout design, Virtuoso layout-XL editor (Cadence), Caliber DRC/LVS (Mentor Graphics), and Programming languages C, Java (Basics).I have worked on a range of projects, including Analog & Digital Signal IC layout design and Solar-based Mobile Cold Storage with IoT Features. In the Analog & Digital Signal IC layout design project, I contributed to layout design for modules such as OTA (OPAMP Transconductance Amplifier), Schmitt trigger, Two-stage CMOS opamp with bias circuit, NMOS clamp circuit, Basic gates (AOI, XOR, XNOR, NAND, NOR), 8:3 Priority encoder/Decoder/JK FF/D FF, 4-bit Bi-directional shift register, and 8:1 multiplexer using 4:1 and 2:1 multiplexer, among others.For the Solar-based Mobile Cold Storage with IoT Features project, I worked with a team of four and was responsible for Research, Planning, Executing & Marketing. I worked on Arduino to provide IoT features and implemented the above modules using Arduino, Solar, PCU & Temperature Sensor.I am proud to have been part of a team that worked on a Govt. Funded Solar Arduino sensors project, .
