"Having graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from ITB, I feel like a generic football player from an academy. I then continued my career as a Management Trainee at Tower Bersama Group (IDX: TBIG) to conquer how the telco industry works from vendors to the government. I am familiar with some sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other CRMs like HubSpot, but I often use physical interactions to understand what the clients need, either through direct contact via social media, connecting through targeted events, or obtaining referrals.
