Junior Accounting Process Associate
CurrentResponsibilities:• Data migration: Responsible for working with the client to understand their data requirements, developing a migration plan, and executing the migration also responsible for testing the migrated data to ensure that it is accurate and complete.• Post-Migration Problems Solving: Once the data has been migrated, there is always the possibility that there will be problems. Responsible for working with the client to identify and resolve any post-migration problems. This can include problems with data integrity, problems with the user interface, or problems with the integration of Odoo with other systems.• Responsible for comparing financial reports from Odoo to financial reports from the client's existing accounting system. This comparison can be used to identify any discrepancies between the two systems.• Responsible for data analysis, this involves using Odoo to analyze data and identify trends. This data can be used by clients to make better business decisions.• Making documentation/video tutorials on the Odoo accounting flows to help clients understand Odoo: This includes creating documentation that explains how Odoo can be used to manage accounting tasks, as well as creating video tutorials that demonstrate how to use Odoo for specific accounting tasks.
