Current• Drive Enterprise-Level Sales Success: Partner closely with Sales teams to deliver tailored, high-impact demonstrations and validate complex use cases, ensuring alignment with enterprise client needs from initial discovery to contract closure.• Strategic Account Management Support: Facilitate strategic conversations to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities for large-scale enterprise customers, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth.• Lead Technical Documentation Responses: Manage and respond to RFIs, infosec questionnaires, and other technical documentation requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy for both new and existing enterprise clients.• Influence Product Development: Provide actionable feedback to product teams based on enterprise client insights, addressing functionality gaps and contributing to ongoing product enhancements.• Cross-Functional Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training sessions across sales, marketing, and product teams, equipping them to meet the complex requirements of enterprise and mid-market clients.
