Technical consultant for Sales, trainer for internal VMware courses, technical lead in the staging, deployment and support of AGFA products on VMware. Managed the Greenville data center. Coordinated resources and projects in the development, consolidation via virtualization, support, and build-out of the data center. Managed the Desktop Integration team responsible for the development of integrations between AGFA products and third-party applications.  Continued to serve as the senior technical resource in North America for the Radiology Informatics division. Provided technical expertise and support when the normal support channel was unsuccessful. Managed the support of the training infrastructure in North America. This includes five (5) rooms, workstations, a/v, networks, VMware server backend and workstation images.

Member of various project committees for design, review, and change management. Coordinate all aspects of the technical product launch including creation of staging images and configurations, and knowledge transfer to key internal and external parties. Coordination of early launch sites to insure proper delivery, installation, integration, and gather customer response of the product’s features and performance.  Support the Sales effort by performing product demonstrations and interacting with the technical sales team, Dealers, and customer accounts to answer questions and resolve issues. Arrange delivery, installation, and setup of demonstration/trial systems at key accounts and tradeshows.

Development Manager in product customization group. Supervised developers, interfaced with customers, and served as project manager for all projects to insure projects meet client specifications, timelines, and budget. Managed over 250 projects following a strict development life-cycle methodology. Projects ranged in size from 12 hours to over 8000 hours. Technologies utilized included Java, JSP, VB, ASP, XML, and XSL connecting to SQL/Server and Oracle databases on Windows 2000 and NT4 server environments. Supervised and performed the change management function including the installation, configuration, and deployment of Windows 2000/NT web and database servers running IIS, SQL/Server, and a variety of Commerce One e-commerce products as part of the development infrastructure.

Software/Network engineer and project manager for numerous server, workstation, and application rollouts across sites in U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Built and deployed approximately 200 network servers over a six-month period. Packaged applications and distributed OS/network updates to over 8500 workstations using WinInstall and HP/DTA.
