- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries for customer service (online or phone calls)- Prepare and plan weekly roaster for the workers on - Coordinating amongst case manager, clients and worker- Prepare quotations for office/home renovation services and supplies- Maintain smooth communication with clients and handle feedback- Prepare regular reports on complaints or feedback - Develop and enhance customer experience - Other administrative duties; bookkeeping, meetings, documentation, etc.

- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representative on a regular basis- Expand business channels and ensure efficiency, & analysing retail clients feedback- Handling customers, understanding requirements, prioritise, & display products accordingly- Reviewing VAT & Taxes of the entities in Ajman- Tracking sales on a day-to-day basis while ensuring best customer service experience
