• participating national Functional Review Mission to Improve transparency of ministerial activities, resources and structures, propose structural optimizations and develop drafts for key management instruments
• Working directly with the MOI to Prepare work plan and strategies for the MOI and District Office counterparts for the implementation of the pilot project, in consultation with the Ministry and the District Council;
• Working directly with the MOI to Establish and facilitate coordination among the different stakeholders at the national and district level for the implementation of the agreed work plan during the piloting;
• Working directly with the MOI to Provide support and work on day-to-day basis with the Ministry to enhance management and technical capacity of birth registration system staff;
• Working directly with the MOI to Provide technical support and facilitate the process of development of birth registration system policies and procedures.
