It is a destination for active leisure travelers, professional and amateur sports training enthusiasts.- Revamped and reorganized the sports department, the sport shop, and the front-of-house including analysis of the Status Quo and developing a plan to deliver positive change moving forward.- Overall management of all day-to-day sport operations including membership programs, elite programs, travel packages, and events. - Developed a structure for sport programs for beginner, developmental, and elite athletes (both for children and adults).- Created travel packages and pricing for all services for members, tourist, and visitors.
