Served as the lead for the brigade on human resource matters, providing guidance to subordinates and senior leaders on actions that minimized operational risk while maximizing individual development. Managed the talent profile of leaders within the brigade to be considered for organizational moves. Delivered personal HR support to individuals as needed. Oversaw the editing and revision of awards, evaluations, counseling documents, policy memorandums, operational guidance and all external bound documents with regard to HR or brigade policy.

Fort Campbell, Ky

Direct provision of human resources support to three organizations, consecutively, in increasing levels of responsibility, culminating in a year and half as the lead for a multi-functional unit (engineers, signalers and military police) responsible for providing support to the brigade headquarters. Tasks included organizational briefings on human resource trends and requirements, personnel management, individual counseling and assistance, and organizational and talent management. As the human resources lead for these units, i managed a shop of approximately 7 individuals, task-organizing them into functional cells that managed daily and recurring requirements.
