Technical Recruiter
Current• Assesses and reviews applications from various channels and conducts preliminary assessment through application screening and phone interviews.• Attends and assists in job fairs and other recruiting events.• Prepares reports and maintain applicant information in a database.• Keeps track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates.• Endorses and coordinates interview schedules and gathers interview feedback from the Customer Service Directors or Project Managers.• Conducts candidate sourcing for IT and non-IT posts with the ability to meet deadlines for line-ups.• Monitors step-by-step recruiting process implementation.• Other related functions that may be assigned as needed
