Ensuring efficient allocation, routing/delivery, & max utilization.• Initiated direct drayage freight RFP within BARK for West Coast DC deliveries. Resulting in estimated yearly freight cost savings for 2023 of $3.5 million dollars.• Contract Management of all BARK main vendors, new & continuing business. Ensuring any risks are addressed & optimal negotiation cost/terms are met. • Manage Freight partners relationship. Ensure optimal performance metrics & contracted budget costs stay aligned. Work/resolve any operations or market challenges. Established initial Ocean SLAs & lead current MBR & QBR meetings.• Supported first ever domestic freight carrier bid process. Contracting for all major BARK lanes, leading $8 million dollars in yearly spend savings. • Create & continue updates of BARK internal SOP’s. Such projects as Direct Import & new international imports now formalized.• Lead planning/forecasting of S&OP initiatives for retail & DTC. Working with Sales/Planning, Finance, Fulfillment internal teams to ensure optimal results on new projects & peak months.

• Oversee both 3PL US/CAN warehouse partners for accessory skus. Ensure optimal/target operations. Helped set initial SLAs to standardize & enable long term growth. (i.e. OTP, OTD, dock to stock, order cycle lead time, pick accuracy).• Inventory Management of Accessory products to Peloton final mile delivery warehouses for all EC/Canada. Ensure healthy lead time & inventory for outbound customer orders• Assisted in first official FTL/LTL bid. Worked with 30 carriers on more than 200 lanes in network, resulting in yearly savings of $12 million. • Lead successful Inbound ops launch of new product “Peloton Guide”. Instructed all warehouse & freight partners in receiving/handling of new product. Ensuring product inventory was ready for new launch.• Manage inventory to final mile DCs for the east coast from FL to Toronto, CAN. Weekly/Monthly review to determine of optimal replenishment QTY & safety stock, using E2Open inventory management system.• Lead IB drayage operations; working with port terminals & freight drayage partners for final delivery warehouse DCs. Ensuring the timely efficient pick up & return of containers to reduce/avoid costs. • Helped support the set up & onboarding of Manhattan TMS system from inbound operations side.

• Main POC with 3PL warehouse partner management to ensure optimal performance of fulfilment/delivery operations (i.e. Dock to stock, On time ship, order lifecycle). Prep for special programs/projects & as needed for high volume retail months. • Head all Inbound/Outbound transportation from of raw material to finished product delivery into 3PL DC.
