I am currently a Neurosurgery Pre-residency Fellow at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Jackson North Medical Center, where I take care of neurosurgical patients and assist in brain and spine surgeries. I am also actively involved in a wide range of clinical and basic science research in neurosurgery.Prior to moving to Miami, I worked as a scientist in the Yale Institute for Network Science Human Nature Lab, directed by Nicholas Christakis, and in the Brown Laboratory for Neurophysiology and Neuromodulation, directed by Wael Asaad, conducing interdisciplinary research on social cognition, using behavioral experiments, intracranial neural recordings, field policy experiments and laboratory molecular biology to understand how humans form connections and how the resulting networks shape their health.
